KIDSPROGRAMS

Our kids programs run once a month on a Sat from 1:30-4:30pm.
Each program has a new and exciting theme!
All programs are drop off and go!
Programs include 30 min of exercise by a qualified kids trainer,
Role play, singing, danicing, arts + crafts, cooking, fun + games and much more!
To date all programs have been 100% sold out!
