If dance moves were snacks, then this simple BUT sassy watch + follow dance sesh will soon become your weekly treat!
Enjoy an awesome mash-up of dance styles, shaking it back-to-back to a delicious mix of song choices!
Song requests welcome!
Suitable for: All fitness + co-ordination levels.
You will need: Sweat towel + drink bottle. Shoes + socks optional.

In Shake The Room we focus on 1 main song with chorey learnt and practiced for our final and epic run through/performance! 

In Shake-a-licious!, there is no chorey to learn. Instead, several songs back-to-back with moves simple enough to pick up as you go with no stop start apart from the occasional drink break. We will follow these same songs for a while so each week you can add your own extra flavour and sass!

Meet the creator behind The Shake Lab!
Megan loves to dance more than caffeinated beverages and The Gilmore Girls combined - yep, that much!
With 30 years of dance experience in disciplines such as contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, ballet, pointe, tap, pole and calisthenics, you can be sure you're in for an all you can dance buffet of moves!
Megan has a background in performing arts education, has orchestrated and choreographed various performances for schools as well as created dance work for the Melbourne Fringe Festival. ‍
Megan created The Shake Lab because she wanted to provide a safe and fun space for anyone that loves to dance! A space where you can feel comfortable to let loose, let go and feel strong, sexy and powerful!
