If you’re looking for more support and specific training to achieve your goals, 1 on 1 Personal Training sessions are a great option.

For many of us starting or resuming any type of exercise program can feel intimidating. We totally get that. At AW part of our mission statement is to provide a place where all participants can enjoy their sessions in a completely judgement free zone.

No matter if you have special needs, are self-conscious about your size, shape, age and fitness level, sexual orientation, are questioning, transgender or transitioning, we’re here to work with you. And that means providing a respectful, non-judgemental space where our PT programs incorporate not only your goals, but also your needs.

But why PT?

You might consider PT for any number of reasons including:
• Rehab/building strength back after an injury or accident
• Improving strength + flexibility (building strength can be especially important for clients prone to low muscle tone)
• Specific functional training to promote essential daily movements with ease, say for those with chronic arthritis
• Pre- and post-natal preparation and recovery
• A stepping stone to eventually joining group sessions as your confidence + fitness builds
• Weight loss
• Keeping up with your kids or grandkids
• Myofascial release + stretching to decrease sensitivity and tightness
• Taking some time to focus on yourself
• And much more!

PT sessions can be purchased in packs of 10 with a duration of 30 or 45 minutes (60 minutes upon request).

NDIS clients welcome.

10 pack 30 min sessions - $500

About Lisa

Main Trainer Lisa has over 15 years’ experience. Trust us, your nerves will be put at ease as soon as you speak to Lisa before your first session. She’s bubbly, caring and a complete chatter box! Lisa goes the extra mile to help with home programs, consulting with physicians on how best to support your injury / recovery and keep you pain free while planning sessions specifically to suit your goals.

Lisa prides herself on delivering the most enjoyable and beneficial sessions possible. To achieve this she’ll ask you loads of personal questions, as she genuinely wants to know her clients in a way that will most benefit them. After just a few sessions, you’ll feel like you’re coming to workout with a friend. Sure Lisa’s more one of those firm, but fair and bossy friends, but that’s what she’s there for.

Lisa's impressive list of qualifications can be viewed on our Trainer page.

"Lisa has been training me in one-on-one PT sessions for nearly nine months now, and with her help I have been crushing my goals even faster than I could have imagined. She is fun, creative, and makes every session different and challenging. When I struggle to find the mental strength or internal motivation to do something, Lisa is encouraging and always pushes me to power through and achieve more. One of my initial goals when I started was to be able to do some push-ups. At my first session, I could do none (unless you count maybe three very feeble, shaky on-the-knees push-ups). Fast forward a few months and I managed 150 push-ups, on my toes and with good technique in under an hour. As my goals change, Lisa is always ready to help me tackle them and stay accountable"

"I always thought personal training was for other people – thinner, fitter, stronger people, until I met Lisa at Pink Training. Lisa works with women of all shapes, sizes and abilities and helps them reach their fitness goals. She is compassionate, non-judgemental and listens to what her clients want to achieve. Each session is tailored to the individual, there is no set program for everyone each week. Her knowledge is vast and her enthusiasm for her clients’ success is obvious. Since beginning PT sessions this year, I am more flexible, have more mobility and much less pain. I am feeling stronger both physically and mentally, thanks to Lisa!" Ali

"I’ve have been with Lisa now for 6 years and I can honestly say it is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I have yet to experience a session that I have not enjoyed and I am always excited to attend. I have also experienced several fantastic benefits, including a boost in my overall confidence and a massive decrease in my body image issues (being able to look in the mirror and see the muscles and definition that are the results of your own hard work make it a lot easier to feel good about yourself!) I would not hesitate to recommend PT with Lisa to someone interested in Personal Training!"

I have trained with other pt's in the past but none have been as good as Lisa. I get bored very easily but Lisa makes the sessions fun and you never get bored by doing the same session twice. She keeps me motivated and offers helpful suggestions. Lisa is always thinking of new ways to make sessions different while still focusing on the areas that you want to work. Lisa is never judgemental and truly cares about her clients.

Lisa has been an angel without wings for me. Having had ongoing hip problems after giving birth to 2 kids..10 years on and still looking for answers, I came across Lisa and “Pink Training” on the internet. Although a bit apprehensive about starting personal training, Lisa instilled confidence in me by paying close attention to the limitations of my body, but in particular to my fear of hurting myself again. Lisa has continued to deliver a unique, personalised training session every week, and I have come so far both physically and mentally because of Lisa’s dedication to me and my needs.

Lisa is a tremendous person who really is passionate about helping you achieve your goals and she adds to her own personal professional development to continue to help others.
