Program Info
• Option to commence 2 February 2026 (9-week term)
• Participants can select 1 or multiple sessions per week.
• Session selections should remain consistent each week for the duration of the program.
• Make-up sessions are subject to availability and must be completed within the program dates.
• Once your sessions are booked, you’ll receive all login details, location information and any additional info.
• UNLIMITED sessions do not include 4-on-1 PT sessions or Workshops.
