AW is going yellow because 1 in 7 people (an estimation by science-talking peeps – it may be more) have Endometriosis. Your Coach Sab is one of those “lucky” people and we bet some of you are too. Doubly blessed, Sab also has Adenomyosis and again; you might too.

(this number may increase as the condition becomes more widely reported) and as yet there is NO CURE. Sab’s here to offer classes for those of you who might like to join, knowing you’ll be supported by more than just the ground at your feet (or back).
Your Endo-Coach Sab
Sab’s had her fill of being told to “suck it up” by doctors, therapists and specialists so she’s focusing on what she can offer.
March’s feature schedule will feature a bunch of classes that are Endo-friendly. But don’t worry, you don’t have to be an Endometrioso to join.
These classes are about creating a space for us all to explore what we can do. Sab likes to focus on what’s within our capabilities.
