Never done Yoga before? No probs! This is a 'beginner friendly' yoga with plenty of options.

For those familiar with Yoga - expect this Masterclass to be as relaxing as Yin, but with the added benefits of restoring your 'Organ Health'

You won't just be thrown into poses either.

Paula will explain each pose and the organ that your will be restoring.

Studio Crew will need: A blanket, cushion/pillow + water bottle.

Wear: Comfy clothes that allow movement.  Bare feet or grippy socks recommended.
