Kate studied massage at the well respected Melbourne institute of Massage Therapy, completing her Cert 4 in 2004, specialising in oriental techniques including cupping, shiatsu & acupressure & then going on to complete the Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2012 with honours, specialising in Sports, Trigger Point Therapy & Anatomy.
She then continued to grow her skills & knowledge completing a course & a further Advanced course in Myofascial Dry Needling whilst on maternity leave in 2013.
Kate has worked with two local football sporting clubs for 5 years as a trainer & massage therapist. Kate has also worked at the prestigious Club Med on Lindeman Island.
Kate is very passionate about natural therapies & applies these philosophies & beliefs to her own life.
Kate has treated all ages from children with growing pains & injuries, to adults/elderly with everyday aches & pains, those suffering from illness, accidents & surgery.
Kate has been a reputable therapist in the local community since 2004 where she followed her dream of working in the natural medicine industry to relieve pain, assist in the rehabilitation of injuries, muscle dysfunction & restrictions, & address the many health concerns.
