About the event

Do you have any tension or tighness anywhere in your body?

This 1 hour workshop will adress all of those niggles from head to toe!

Expect to leave this session feeling more mobile, muscles more relaxed and hopefully with some take home tricks to use when your body is feeling worse for wear.

Lisa will guide you through:

  • Full body stretches (using a towel, wall + mat)
  • Rolling techniques designed to unlock tight muscles, increase range of movement, blood flow + circulation
  • Using a Tigger/hard ball to get into those hard to reach places

You will need:

A 90cm foam roller (available for purchase with us or we may have some spares to borrow)

Acess to a clear wall to lean against/put your legs on

Mat, towel or stable rug to lay on

Extra full length towel for stretching/mobility work

Firm Trigger ball, spikey ball or tennis ball (Trigger balls available for purchase with us)

Cushions for under knees (optional for those that find being on hands and knees challenging)

Wear: Anything comfy, bare feet or warm socks.
