Our Personal Training sessions are structured specifically to meet your goals and needs. Choose to go solo or train with a friend or 2!

Who do we train? Sessions are available for anyone. We accept you as you are no matter your shape, size, age or fitness level.

We have many clients with injuries, train young adults/kids, clients with special needs or conditions and despite all the pink... we also welcome male clients to our PT studio.

Our studio is super private - and only ever occupied by 1 trainer

and their client at all times.

PRICES + PACKS

Sessions are purchased in packs of 10 or 20.

20 packs best for clients doing 2+ sessions per week or for those keen to commit long term.

We have credit card facilities available or can arrange a weekly debit.

30 min sessions 10 pk $400 / 20 pk $760

45 min sessions 10 pk $550 / 20 pk $1000

2 on 1 Prices 

30 min sessions 10 pk $250 p/person

45 min sessions 10 pk $350 p/person

I started PT to strengthen my bad back (5 bulging discs) and to get fit. I was going to the gym but found lack of knowledge meant I was causing my self further pain. After a year with Lisa I rarely visit the physio, I was going fortnightly. I have not only gained strength but feel great. Aside from the above she really makes her sessions fun, plans them weekly checking how I am feeling and what I want to focus on. I look forward to my sessions, I never thought I would say that!!
